Syracuse Mets suffer defeat in the final game of the series against the Bisons on a Sunday afternoon.
In a closely contested game at Sahlen Field in Buffalo, N.Y., the Buffalo Bisons emerged victorious against the Syracuse Mets, securing a 10-6 win in the final game of their six-game series.
The Bisons started strong, tying the game in the bottom of the first inning with a solo home run by Joey Loperfido. They took the lead in the second inning when Josh Rivera notched an RBI knock, making it 2-1 in favour of the home team.

Clifford then contributed with a sacrifice fly, bringing in another run for the Mets. However, the comeback fell short, as the Bisons held on to win 10-6.
Jason Smorol, the manager of the Syracuse Mets (who was not directly named in the article), will look to regroup as his team prepares for a six-game series against the Worcester Red Sox, starting on Tuesday night. The first pitch for the series is scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
