Luxury resort Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson reveals plans for a $200 million expansion, aiming to upgrade guest accommodations.
Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson Undergoes $200 Million Renovation
Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nevada, is currently undergoing a comprehensive $200 million renovation, aiming to transform all 422 hotel rooms and 71 suites by 2026. The project focuses on delivering a new era of luxury with bespoke finishes, refined European-inspired design, and enhanced amenities.
The West Tower, set to be completed by fall 2025, will feature a collection of suites offering a blend of contemporary elegance and avant-garde design. These suites will boast sculptural organic furniture, bespoke wood millwork, designer closets, and spa-like bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble surfaces, twin vanities, soaking tubs, separate showers, private water closets, and makeup stations.
The Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite in the West Tower will offer personalized butler service, while the One-bedroom Patio Suites will connect the living room to the bedroom through a private patio, offering views of the resort's pool area and the Las Vegas skyline. These suites will also include a foyer, living area, walk-around bar, and dining accommodations for entertaining.
The One-bedroom 1,190-square-foot Patio Suites will offer flexible king or two-queen configurations with an adjoining sitting area, complemented by pool-view balconies or vineyard-facing patios. The sixteen 715-square-foot executive suites and the 10 with patios in the West Tower will offer a sophisticated, contemporary design.
The renovated rooms will be designed to evoke a sophisticated pied-à-terre, blending residential warmth with layered textures and intimate details. Design elements include stone surfaces, LED vanity mirrors, 65-inch smart TVs, Nespresso machines, a Conair garment steamer, automated lighting control systems, plush robes, and analog alarm clocks.
In addition to guest accommodations, the convention space at the resort is also part of the property-wide transformation, but specific design details or timeline for the convention area were not explicitly detailed in the available sources. The resort's redesign embraces Mediterranean-inspired architecture while elevating luxury and comfort throughout the property.
Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of the resort, stated that the new accommodations will be some of the most distinctive rooms and suites in the city. The penthouse at the top of the West Tower is a 2,790-square-foot two-bedroom suite with an 180-degree view of the Strip, an 85-inch TV screen, a red-tiger-onyx four-seat bar, and a fully stocked butler's kitchen with a separate entrance.
Additional suites in the East Tower will be unveiled in the coming months, completing the resort's top-to-bottom redesign. The renovation aims to create a sophisticated pied-à-terre ambiance blending contemporary luxury with residential warmth, catering to modern travelers.
